§ 01 — The work
We are looking for a producer who treats creator partnerships as real co-production — not influencer ad reads. You will source creators across vertical video, podcast, newsletter, and emerging platforms, build briefs, negotiate scope, and shepherd production from pitch through launch.
The work is half audience research, half production management. You will own the relationship with every creator we engage and act as their point of contact through the project. You will also be the person who says no to bad fits — early, in writing, and with reasons.
We are committed to creator-led work. That means real editorial input from the creator, clear compensation, and no boilerplate brand-safety contracts that read like the 2018 influencer playbook.
