§ 01 — The work
We are looking for a senior audio producer who treats the prep call as the single most important hour of the production — not the recording day. You will own shows from format pitch through public launch, and you will be in the room (or behind the glass) for most recordings.
Our audio work runs to four-to-ten-episode limited series and biweekly interview shows. We host, mix, and master in-studio. We expect our producers to write outlines as good as our writers do, and to know the difference between an interview that has gone off-script and one that has gone wrong.
This is a senior role on a small team. You will be hiring contract editors and engineers project-by-project, working with the studio's executive producer on slate, and mentoring junior producers as they come on.
§ 02 — What we look for
§ 03 — What we don't
We try to be specific about who this role is not for.
§ 04 — Apply
Send three episodes you produced (with a sentence each on what you did), one outline document you wrote, and a paragraph on the show you think is overrated.

We read every application within two weeks. We respond to every applicant whose work we read, even briefly. We do not use ATS keyword filters.
